Andrew has developed and created the culinary concepts that The William Vale Hotel utilizes for all their catering needs. As a chef who has trained in Italy and France, Andrew has brought his culinary experiences to New York City.
Mister Dips Restaurant is their in house option for late-night cravings that you can have as a send-off gift for your wedding guests

Traditional Ballroom & Foyer: This Brooklyn Wedding Venue is most famous for its Vale Ballroom and their Foyer. The grand staircase makes for some incredible portraits. Definitely a way to make an entrance! These features will have you wanting to reserve one – or both! – of these spaces immediately.
The Westlight Rooftop: Looking for an outdoor space? The Westlight is an indoor/outdoor cocktail bar on the 22nd floor. The views are amazing. Plus, the indoor lounge has floor-to-ceiling windows with a private wrap-around balcony, easily making this one of the best rooftop spaces in NYC.
Vale Terrace: If you want a breath of fresh air a little closer to the ground, check out the famous Vale Terrace. This terrace is over 5,000 sq. ft. It’s safe to say you and your guests will never run out of space to dance the night away.
