One of my favorite intimate venues is 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. We photographed a wedding here back in November. Let me tell you a couple of reasons why I love 1 Hotel:

1 Hotel suites offer filtered water in rooms, and reclaimed wood bars for your reception, using less energy and providing the most naturally sourced local ingredients for your catering menu and room service.

Views for miles

The hotel is in front of Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo. It faces the Manhattan skyline and a direct view of the bridges. It’s truly breathtaking to watch the sunset from your room, or the rooftop pool area. I always enjoy taking photos from that rooftop. As a photographer who takes a lot of pictures in Dumbo, the views here are worth a visit.

Wedding Venue Space

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge has an event space next door to the hotel. There are two spots; Meadow Rue and Blue Wood Aster. We have photographed a 200-person wedding at Meadow Rue. The space is grand. It’s over 6,000 square feet and you can dream up any design to fit the space perfectly.

Real wedding at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

My team and I photographed a wedding here at the hotel. It was a gorgeous Fall day. The couple was very down to earth. They loved all the natural elements the hotel had to offer. We took pre-wedding photos around Dumbo and the Brooklyn Bridge. Celebrating with over 200 of their dear family and friends, it was a very fun party!
