Top reasons why you need to rent a wedding tent in 2021

Consider a versatile wedding tent in 2021

As we come out of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are so many things to consider when planning your wedding. Choosing a wedding tent for your venue, private land, or even your parents’ backyard. Backyard weddings are increasingly becoming more and more popular and couples are opting to, finding as many options as possible. A wedding tent is great to protect against the sun or rain.

Connecting with a tent rental company

I had the opportunity to get on a call with Megan to learn more about renting a tent from NYTENT.COM. They are a wonderful tent company that I have had the pleasure of working with throughout the years. With many wedding venues temporarily closed I wanted to dig deeper into the options to tell my couples.

Various types of tents available for your wedding

Megan of NY TENT was super informative and said that people are booking up their tents like crazy! Their tents have grown so much interest it’s lucky they are a big company and they supply tents nationwide! You should definitely start calling to reserve now since it’s such a hot commodity. Tents are great for events and weddings of all sizes.

Their most popular tents are the Tidewater sailcloth-style tents. They are lovely, and with extended wooden poles, you can have a lot of height for your wedding or event. NY TENT can also be installed in a backyard so you can have some coverage there as well. There is no space that is too small or too big for NY TENT to handle.

My favorite tents are the clear tents, so you can look up and see the stars at night. You can also bring in lighting to make sure you have the best photos of dancing! Have your wood floors designed and fabricated by NY TENT too! No one wants to be walking on the grass especially in heels!!

How does renting a wedding tent work?

Megan says the earlier you start reaching out, the better it will be. NY TENT also handles all the permits. They will inform you of how many days they need to set up and break down. Because it’s “outdoors” it’s one of the main benefits of renting a tent!!
