620 Loft and Garden is one of my favorite venues in New York City. The space has it all! It is a raw, blank, canvas on the inside, and the outdoor garden. It faces the iconic St Patrick’s Cathedral and Saks Fifth Avenue. The interior windows face the street of Radio City Music Hall, and also the famous Rockefeller Rink. Surrounding such beautiful landmarks of the city, who wouldn’t want to get married here?!
I knew from the minute I met Alex and Kyla, we had an instant connection and I was going to document every important piece of their wedding day. Their wedding was an NYC destination wedding, so planning from afar was not an easy task. And this is why they chose Leah of Color Pop Events to coordinate everything they needed to make their vision come to life with the right vendors.
Fleurissimo adorned the venue with the most beautiful flowers. They were everything Kyla and Alex had hoped for. They were big, lush greenery and white flowers of all types of garden roses and blooms. They also created this giant flower wall, which was a wonderful backdrop for the delicious vanilla wedding cake designed by Nine Cakes!
Kyla and Alex wanted to make sure all of their guests, including their 18 wedding party members all felt equally a part of the wedding, so there were two long tables that made everyone sit close to each other outside in the garden, dining under the stars! Food was catered by Ryan Brown Catering
After everyone enjoyed dinner and listening to the speeches, the sun went down, and the music started to play. All the guests started dancing under the tent with a DJ from Beat Train Productions. The night went on till a little after 11, which then everyone took the party over to an after-party location, where they continued celebrating!
